💼 About This Role

You'll lead the AI solutions offering portfolio from ideation to market launch, driving GenAI, LLM-based, and Agentic AI services. You'll collaborate with GTM teams to craft value propositions and convert opportunities into engagements. This role combines deep technical credibility with commercial acumen to accelerate Solvd's AI transformation journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive AI solutions portfolio from ideation through market launch
• Lead key sales pursuits including solutioning workshops and demos
• Ensure delivery readiness by validating feasibility and resource alignment
• Build and mentor a team of solution architects and pre-sales specialists

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years in technology consulting, solution architecture, or presales leadership
• At least 2 years in AI-driven or data-led transformation programs
• Proven record of owning complex presales pursuits greater than $1M TCV
• Deep understanding of AI service delivery models and commercial metrics

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI ecosystems like OpenAI, Azure AI, or LangChain
• Prior experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams
• Proven success in developing new service offerings or reusable assets
