Description

You will own and lead backend engineering projects, building state-of-the-art systems for AI-powered professional services. You'll work on retrieval over enterprise documents, backend infrastructure for collaborative workflows, multi-step planning agents, enterprise security, LLM evaluation, and data ingestion pipelines. This role is in New York, NY, in person 5 days per week.

Requirements

• 4+ years backend-focused software engineering experience on product-centric teams
• Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products
• Experience building backend platforms supporting multiple product lines
• Strong programming skills and general CS knowledge
• Experience architecting scalable systems for rapid growth and enterprise traffic

Responsibilities
