💼 About This Role

You'll be a key technical and workflow subject matter expert for RIAs evaluating or adopting Altruist, blending deep platform knowledge with consultative problem-solving. You'll design and implement technology and operational solutions that make it easier for firms to migrate assets, scale efficiently, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role offers a path to grow into a senior solutions/enterprise role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support high-value RIA opportunities across the full sales cycle.
• Map current-state custodial and technology workflows and design target-state architectures.
• Lead and support implementations, integrations, and advisor enablement.
• Deliver customized demos and presentations to RIAs.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar in wealth management / fintech.
• Deep knowledge of RIA operations including account opening, trading, billing, reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with custodial platforms and integrations (CRM, portfolio accounting).
• Ability to conduct discovery sessions and design technology roadmaps.
