You'll shape global Security Operations strategy across DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt while optimizing technology and AI investments to protect data, people, and partners. You'll act as the first line of defense triaging real-time alerts involving phishing and malware, and contribute to developing AI-driven runbooks. This role offers a unique opportunity to pioneer new security methods across a global footprint.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work 24/7 shifts triaging and investigating security alerts within SLAs
• Serve as primary point of contact for medium-to-high severity alerts
• Contribute to security playbooks and AI-driven runbooks for automation
• Support incident investigations with Threat Intelligence and Forensics teams

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in a SOC environment
• Hands-on experience with AWS security configurations
• Experience using Splunk and SQL for alert triage
• Proficiency with SOAR and EDR/XDR platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR, and PCI-DSS standards
• Experience mentoring junior security analysts
