Description

You will lead the design and development of support systems for Anduril's Omen autonomous air vehicle, ensuring operational needs are met in challenging environments. You will hire and grow a team, collaborate with customers, and drive reliability and maintainability planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Aviation, Aerospace, or product development
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles and limitations
• Experience in operational logistics, maintenance, or training roles
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in US, UK, or Australia

Responsibilities

• Architect, plan, and lead design and development of Support System
• Hire, develop, and grow Engineering team for practical Support System solutions
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders on concept of employment
• Design, fabricate, and test transport and handling equipment
• Develop and own Omen Project Reliability and Maintainability Plan
