Description

You will act as the technical architect and strategic owner of our Salesforce platform, designing data models, workflows, integrations, and system boundaries to enable efficient operations and scalable growth. Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive scalable system solutions and ensure Salesforce integrates cleanly with adjacent platforms.

Requirements

• 6+ years in technical, architecture-oriented Salesforce role (Administrator, Developer, Architect, or Systems Lead)
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and deep understanding of Salesforce architecture
• Experience designing and supporting cross-system integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL, event-driven patterns)
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flow and managing multi-environment strategies
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architect certifications strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner and architect of Salesforce, responsible for platform design, data architecture, security model, and scalability
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Provider Operations, Finance, and Member Services to drive scalable system solutions
• Architect and implement advanced automation using Salesforce Flow and declarative tools, plus Apex triggers and classes where needed
• Manage deployment processes across sandbox and production environments, including change sets, version control, and release coordination
• Design and maintain integrations, data quality, governance, and integrity between Salesforce and third-party systems
