You will play a hands-on, technically focused role building and deploying healthcare solutions that help customers realize value quickly, working at the intersection of Product, Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in architecting, implementing, and deploying enterprise solutions
• Expertise in healthcare integration, especially InterSystems HealthShare and HL7/CDA/FHIR
• Ability to switch between hands-on engineering and strategic conversations
• Strong communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Understand solution use cases and translate into functional and technical requirements
• Architect and engineer strategic solutions by combining and extending product offerings
• Deliver hands-on technical components ensuring scalability and production readiness
• Coordinate with Managed Services for cloud deployment
• Provide white-glove support for early market entries and mentor implementation teams
