Description

You will be Square's field sales representative in Belfast, driving in-person engagement with local businesses, generating leads, conducting demos, and closing deals. You'll build relationships with sellers and partners, master key verticals like restaurants and retail, and consistently exceed quota in a high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years sales experience in a full-cycle closing role with field sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
  • Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Business development experience including hunting and cold calling
  • Reliable transportation and must live in the market served

Responsibilities

  • Lead territory with 80% in-field execution, driving 50-60 targeted business visits weekly
  • Run full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion from lead generation to closing
  • Build trust-based relationships with local sellers and establish yourself as Square's expert in the city
  • Develop repeatable top-of-funnel pipeline through outreach, events, networking, and partnerships
  • Master key verticals (restaurants, retail, services) to sell consultatively and competitively
