๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager teams across the Americas and EMEA, driving customer outcomes, adoption, renewals, and expansion. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to ensure customers get maximum value from the Sales Performance Management platform. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape customer success strategy and influence company-wide culture.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive steady renewal rates and reduce down sell churn
  • Expand revenue through new products and expansion opportunities
  • Ensure Success Planning Workshops for all appropriate customers
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class customer success team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of customer success leadership experience
  • Experience managing CSM and TAM teams across multiple segments
  • Proven track record of driving NRR and renewal metrics
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms in enterprise environments
