You'll design and build ML models that optimize Spotify's messaging across push, email, and in-app channels. Your work will directly shape how we engage over a billion users. You'll evolve from short-term optimization toward reinforcement learning systems that understand long-term user journeys.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship ML models for push, email, and in-app messaging
• Plan and run A/B experiments balancing conversion, engagement, and retention
• Contribute to reinforcement learning systems for long-term user outcomes
• Own the full ML lifecycle from data to deployment and monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience building and deploying ML models in production at scale
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and distributed systems like Ray
• Deep understanding of experimentation and causal inference
• Experience with complex optimization problems such as ranking systems
