💼 About This Role

You'll execute end-to-end corporate sales processes and drive operations for the corporate gifting program at a travel lifestyle brand. You'll ensure 100% accuracy in personalization and shipping while coordinating outbound prospecting campaigns. This role is key to building a self-service automated platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute end-to-end corporate sales from inquiry to fulfillment
  • Maintain B2B data entry as single source of truth
  • Coordinate targeted outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Identify friction points and design efficient workflows
  • Troubleshoot portal issues and escalate technical bugs

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years in sales operations, account coordination, or high-volume admin role
  • CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data tracking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
