Description

As a Cloud Operations Support Engineer at NICE, you will provide L2/L3 support for complex applications, monitor performance with APM tools, troubleshoot issues across cloud and on-prem environments, and ensure compliance with security best practices.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support
• Strong experience managing multi-tier applications
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Hands-on with APM tools, AWS cloud, OS-level troubleshooting (Windows, Linux)
• Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra) and middleware (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere)

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for multi-tier applications
• Monitor application performance using APM tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace)
• Troubleshoot performance and availability issues across cloud and on-prem environments
• Manage containerized applications in Kubernetes
• Support cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2, S3, IAM, ELB, VPC, VPN)
