Description

You will support the financial reporting process, develop accounting policies, and ensure compliance with US GAAP at a leading satellite imaging data company. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to drive accuracy and transparency in reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in financial reporting or Big 4 Audit role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other quantitative major
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting research
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Workiva or DFIN ActiveDisclosure, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures under US GAAP
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes for complex technical accounting areas
• Research and document technical accounting positions on equity, business combinations, leases
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules
• Collaborate with external auditors and cross-functional teams on accounting implications
