Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales, sales enablement, or sales training
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver onboarding with measurable outcomes
  • Strong facilitation and 1:1 coaching experience
  • Data-driven approach to measuring enablement impact
  • Clear communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Build engaging learning experiences including workshops, coaching guides, simulations, role plays, and reinforcement assets
  • Facilitate high-impact onboarding sessions in live and hybrid formats
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze win/loss trends to identify skill gaps
  • Partner with frontline managers to embed coaching frameworks into weekly rhythms
  • Track adoption and outcomes through dashboards and reporting
