Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales, sales enablement, or sales training
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver onboarding with measurable outcomes
- Strong facilitation and 1:1 coaching experience
- Data-driven approach to measuring enablement impact
- Clear communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders
Responsibilities
- Build engaging learning experiences including workshops, coaching guides, simulations, role plays, and reinforcement assets
- Facilitate high-impact onboarding sessions in live and hybrid formats
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze win/loss trends to identify skill gaps
- Partner with frontline managers to embed coaching frameworks into weekly rhythms
- Track adoption and outcomes through dashboards and reporting
