Description

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive pipeline and revenue growth through Parloa's partner ecosystem across EMEA. You will own demand generation, campaign execution, and event planning, collaborating with partners and internal teams to create measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years B2B marketing experience with strong focus on partner/channel marketing
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partners
• Experience with GSIs, RSIs, BPOs or similar partner ecosystems
• Strong end-to-end campaign and event execution skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own partner co-marketing to drive demand across EMEA
• Develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned to revenue targets
• Build and scale programmatic co-marketing motions (campaigns, content, events)
• Plan and execute end-to-end partner marketing campaigns
• Lead key partner initiatives such as Soundcheck EMEA and regional events
