You'll deploy and configure ANYmal robots in industrial environments, ensuring high uptime and mission success. You'll train site operators and bridge the gap between high-tech and daily operations. You'll travel frequently to customer sites worldwide, collaborating with the Customer Success team.

• Set up and troubleshoot ANYmal robots in diverse industrial environments.
• Conduct safety briefings and robot training for site operators.
• Travel frequently to customer sites worldwide, often on short notice.
• Collect and communicate field insights to inform product decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Technical background through vocational training or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Industrial background in Utilities or Materials sectors.
• Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to field locations worldwide.

• Experience deploying robots or automation systems.
• Familiarity with Linux and command-line usage.
• Proficiency in German, Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
