You'll partner with engineering leaders to build the recruiting foundation that scales with a company that has raised over $100M. • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, ML, and infrastructure roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs and profiles.
• Build and iterate scalable recruiting processes and strategies.
• Proactively source passive talent through research and outreach.
• Guide candidates through the full journey to close effectively.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years focused on technical roles (software engineering, ML, or infrastructure).
• Ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical leaders.
