You'll lead a field sales team driving EDC device sales in the oil & gas vertical for Paytm, empowering merchants through digital payments. You will manage distribution, build channel relationships, and ensure target achievement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members
• Drive EDC machine sales in oil & gas sector
• Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships
• Monitor daily productivity and quality of acquisitions

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in channel sales & distribution
• Proven experience leading field sales teams
• Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding and field sales
• Graduate degree (mandatory)
