You'll own and elevate Nen Creative's post-production process across all projects. You'll manage timelines, implement feedback, and act as the final QA layer for edits, motion, sound, and finishing. This role is your chance to set the bar for a fast-growing studio working with top tech startups.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own post-production timelines across multiple projects
• Act as final QA layer across edits, motion, sound, and finishing
• Lead color workflows and ensure consistent look across projects
• Review cuts and provide clear feedback to editors and motion designers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in post-production, editing, or finishing
• Strong editorial judgment and eye for quality and pacing
• Exceptionally skilled in color workflows and color grading
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
