You'll shape the identity platform at Ripple, unifying authentication and authorization across payment, custody, and liquidity products. Your work will ensure a consistent, secure experience for users and teams. AI tooling is core to daily development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction for identity platform authentication and authorization
• Lead design and delivery of unified identity across product portfolio
• Build and operate platform services on Kubernetes with focus on reliability
• Partner with security, compliance, and product teams on regulatory requirements

📋 Requirements

• Backend engineering in Golang or Java with production Kubernetes experience
• Experience designing identity systems in multi-tenant or federated contexts
• Hands-on AI assistant usage in daily engineering workflow
• Cross-team collaboration and writing design documents

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML in production
• Experience with policy-as-code authorization approaches
