💼 About This Role

You'll join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Physical Therapist providing home health visits for senior living clients. You'll be integral to a multi-disciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care that enables clients to remain at home. Weekend availability required twice per month.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits in designated geographic territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility and strength
• Implement wound prevention and care interventions
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care

📋 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a PT
• Graduation from a program approved by APTA
