💼 About This Role

You'll manage IT operations and identity access for a fast-growing fintech startup serving 4 million users in Turkey. Your work will ensure secure, scalable systems as the company scales post-Series B.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage user lifecycles and access controls across Active Directory and Google Workspace
• Design and implement automation workflows for onboarding and offboarding
• Lead full lifecycle of company hardware from procurement to deployment
• Provide high-quality technical support to local and remote teams
• Maintain office networking and conference room technologies

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in automating IT workflows, especially onboarding/offboarding
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Track record of device management with Microsoft Intune for zero-touch deployment
• Rigorous approach to inventory management and documentation for security compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Slack, Jira, Zoom administration
• Knowledge of macOS device management
• Fintech or regulated industry background
