💼 About This Role

You'll lead local operations in Japan as the first hire, supporting our Fleet Operating Partner through in-person touchpoints and feedback loops. You'll monitor global AV operations in real-time, driving performance and compliance across all markets. This role uniquely combines on-the-ground partnership with global operational strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Fleet Operating Partner with in-person touchpoints and feedback loops.
• Monitor live operational data to detect and respond to AV issues.
• Manage performance for global commercial and testing operations.
• Lead safety and risk audits to ensure compliance with standards.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, technical operations, product operations, or partner management.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
• Proven data-driven decision-making skills and comfort with relevant technologies.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience translating team issues into problem statements.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations research, or engineering.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle or robotics operations.
