As an SMB Account Executive on Anthropic's Industries team, you'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with small and medium businesses across key verticals. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leverage consultative sales expertise and technical acumen, and help customers deploy Claude effectively. Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales closing experience, preferably in PLG or high growth SaaS, with proven quota attainment
  • Experience with sales automation and tooling to enhance productivity
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills for prioritization
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfort presenting to various audiences

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and win new business, owning a revenue target and all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Service inbound demand efficiently, qualifying leads using digital engagement and strategic outreach
  • Execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting high-potential accounts with data-driven insights
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, guiding evaluation and onboarding for successful Claude deployment
  • Contribute to SMB GTM strategy by experimenting with new sales tactics and refining approach
