Description

As a Territory Manager at Charlie Health, you'll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, drive market penetration, and connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, design strategies to deepen partnerships, and synthesize market feedback to inform GTM goals.

Requirements

• Based in Scottsdale or Phoenix, AZ
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, owning KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with valid driver's license 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Project management skills in fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoom is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
