You'll support a Store Manager in achieving sales targets and leading a pop culture-driven retail team. Your work directly helps eliminate hunger through our Feeding America partnership. You'll drive sales while building lifelong customer relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through product promotion and social media
• Manage store operations including payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
