🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage internal operational steps to onboard clients
  • Project manage implementation of new features for accounts
  • Serve as escalation point for customer support issues
  • Monitor usage, SLA adherence, and failure rates

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer success with enterprise clients
  • Experience delivering SaaS or technical solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with error-checking mindset
