- Manage internal operational steps to onboard clients
- Project manage implementation of new features for accounts
- Serve as escalation point for customer support issues
- Monitor usage, SLA adherence, and failure rates
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer success with enterprise clients
- Experience delivering SaaS or technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail-oriented with error-checking mindset
