You'll own high-priority, cross-functional People initiatives end-to-end at a self-driving technology company. You'll directly shape how the company hires, evaluates, and scales talent while building analytical foundations and AI-augmented workflows. This role offers direct exposure to executive decision-making and company-level strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional People initiatives from problem definition to execution.
• Build data models, dashboards, and exec-level reporting for People team.
• Identify gaps across People Systems, Recruiting, and People Operations.
• Shape recruiting strategy and develop AI-augmented workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or high-execution role in fast-paced environment.
• Strong data fluency with ability to build models and translate insights into decisions.
• Proven program management skills driving complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• An AI-native approach with practical experience applying AI tools to improve output.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with People Systems (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse) and how they function.
• Experience building or scaling AI-enabled workflows in recruiting or People Operations.
• Exposure to executive or board-level reporting or an MBA/advanced degree.
