You'll lead design for complex product areas, taking end-to-end ownership from exploration to polished execution. You'll bring clarity to ambiguous problems by creating intuitive solutions that are both functional and thoughtfully refined. Collaborating with product and engineering partners, you'll ensure every design moment reflects Rho's commitment to frictionless finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for product features across multiple surfaces
• Own complex design problems from exploration to polished execution
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to optimize user flows
• Develop prototypes to test concepts and gather feedback

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital product design
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product features
• Skilled in prototyping, UI/UX, and interaction design
