Description
You will architect renewals retention and growth strategies, building programs and playbooks that empower a global Renewals organization to execute with excellence. By partnering with Revenue Ops, Sales, Customer Success, and IT, you'll ensure renewal methodology is scalable and widely adopted.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited 4-year university
- 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or related fields in high-growth SaaS
- Prior quota-carrying experience in sales or account management (Enterprise or technical sales preferred)
- Proven change management skills to coach sales leadership
- Exceptional written and oral communication
Responsibilities
- Architect enablement strategies to close performance gaps in Renewals
- Drive change management and implement learning programs for company-wide shifts
- Lead high-impact training as subject matter expert for field teams
- Advocate for development needs of Renewals team across the business
- Bridge strategy and action by turning at-risk insights into intervention playbooks
