You'll join a team transforming how restaurants operate, using a consultative approach to prospect and sign up new restaurateurs in your local area. By understanding their unique needs, you'll develop customized solutions that help their business thrive. This role offers uncapped commission and the chance to build the Toast brand in your geographic territory.
π― What You'll Do
- Generate list of prospective restaurants and manage full sales cycle
- Conduct demos and develop solutions meeting prospect needs
- Partner with internal teams to ensure expectations are met in delivery
- Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities
π Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role or restaurant operations
- Reliable transportation for field visits (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
