You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects and programs, serving as the bridge between business and technical teams. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and risks while mentoring project teams and facilitating agile ceremonies. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-scale solutions and ensuring client success at every step.

Requirements

• 8–12 years business experience including 5+ years in technology project/program management
• Proven success delivering large complex enterprise projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Deep understanding of project economics including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and budget forecasting
• Global consulting experience managing global delivery teams
• Experience managing ServiceNow implementations full-lifecycle and integrations

Responsibilities

• Serve as bridge between business and technical teams aligning project goals to client vision
• Define and manage scope, milestones, and deliverables with proactive stakeholder communication
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and client meetings driving collaboration and accountability
• Monitor budgets and forecasts, analyze profitability, and ensure accurate reporting
