You'll document medical visits and procedures in real-time for a primary care provider. Your accurate transcription and chart preparation ensure efficient patient visits and reduced errors. This role supports a collaborative, feedback-driven team at a leading healthcare innovator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare patient charts before visits and accompany provider for transcription.
• Transcribe orders for labs, radiology, and medications.
• Manage provider's task queue: patient messages, letters, follow-ups.
• Correct inconsistencies in medical documentation.

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 months of Medical Scribe experience.
• Strong written communication skills including medical terminology.
• High comfort level typing and using multiple software systems.
• Ability to spot and correct errors with attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of shorthand.
• Experience with EMR systems like 1Life.
• Prior work in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
