Description

You'll lead the sales and service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving business targets in a studio-to-street lifestyle brand. You'll oversee sales floor coverage, coach team members on guest connection and product education, and partner with the General Manager to build and execute the store's sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Investigate root causes of sales opportunities and partner with General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience via assessing guest connection and technical product education, providing feedback and coaching
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with General Manager to build and implement Sales Service strategy
