You will prospect and generate new business leads, build relationships, promote logistics services, manage operations, analyze markets, negotiate rates and terms, monitor carrier performance, collaborate with internal teams, and make data-driven decisions. You'll receive top-notch training including 6 months paid training, hands-on learning, peer mentorship, and sales training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior customer service skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Logistics experience preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred
