You'll deliver quality hair color services and exceptional guest care at Madison Reed's Hair Color Bar. You'll focus on consultations, color application, and building lasting client relationships. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus commissions and tips in a supportive salon environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hair color consultations and services to guests
• Upsell retail products and memberships to achieve sales goals
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory standards in the salon
• Train and support assistant colorists on techniques

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist in a salon
• Effective communication and people skills in fast-paced settings
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems
