🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of radio, live event, and digital sales departments.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategy across all media channels.
• Grow key accounts through integrated marketing solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales management or marketing experience in digital and broadcast media.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions with proven track record selling digital products.
• Experience setting and enforcing sales metrics and accountability standards.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
