🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for rental inquiries, site tours, and client records.
• Manage rental calendar and coordinate with facilities, grounds, and programs teams.
• Act as on-site representative during events, making real-time decisions.
• Supervise and schedule rental event staff, bartenders, and volunteers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in event management, hospitality, or venue operations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing events, rentals, or hospitality.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database or scheduling systems.
