You will serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of home modification projects, coordinating with service providers and clients to ensure timely, high-quality completions that make homes safer and more accessible for older adults.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in project coordination, construction management, or field operations
  • Experience coordinating with contractors or vendors in construction or trades
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project tracking from authorization to closeout
  • Schedule site visits, installations, and inspections with providers and clients
  • Serve as primary contact for clients and service providers throughout project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements
  • Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts, vendor delays, or scope changes
