You will serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of home modification projects, coordinating with service providers and clients to ensure timely, high-quality completions that make homes safer and more accessible for older adults.
Requirements
- 2+ years in project coordination, construction management, or field operations
- Experience coordinating with contractors or vendors in construction or trades
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar tools
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project tracking from authorization to closeout
- Schedule site visits, installations, and inspections with providers and clients
- Serve as primary contact for clients and service providers throughout project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements
- Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts, vendor delays, or scope changes
