You'll join Humaans as the second Rev Ops hire, working directly with the Head of Revenue Operations to power a high-growth GTM engine. You'll own HubSpot workflows, automate internal tooling with AI, and deliver strategic insights to the CEO. This is a high-ownership role shaping the operational infrastructure of a category-defining AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize CRM workflows in HubSpot and Zapier for Sales and CS teams
• Implement and test AI tools to automate manual Rev Ops tasks
• Deliver data-driven reporting and strategic insights to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in analytical environment (banking, consultancy, or startup)
• Strong SQL and Excel skills
• Hands-on HubSpot administration expertise
