You'll own the full customer lifecycle for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform in the performance marketing ecosystem, from prospecting to account expansion. As the first dedicated Account Executive, you'll shape go-to-market strategy and refine sales processes with direct leadership collaboration. This fully remote role offers high autonomy and measurable impact in a globally distributed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Develop long-term customer relationships through onboarding and upselling
• Build and optimize sales infrastructure including CRM and outreach workflows
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and messaging

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in performance marketing or affiliate networks
• Proven success in outbound sales with consistent closing track record
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder deals
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs like CPL, EPC, ROAS

• Experience in communications infrastructure, SMS, voice, or CPaaS
• Existing network within the performance marketing ecosystem
