💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and maintain Workday integrations that connect our people systems worldwide. Your work will ensure seamless, secure data flow across our global ecosystem as Snowflake grows. You'll leverage AI tools to accelerate development and enhance troubleshooting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and APIs
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Provide production support including monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Maintain integrations between Workday and Snowflake for people data pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Workday integration development experience
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and SOAP/REST APIs
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with iPaaS solutions like Boomi or MuleSoft
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude
