💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an excellent shopping experience while using your pop culture knowledge to help train new recruits. You'll cover the sales floor, open/close the store, and assist with daily operations. This role blends customer engagement with operational support at a mission-driven retailer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
