• Forecast demand and supply for care services at macro and shift levels.
• Build optimization systems integrating multi-modal data sources.
• Define and track marketplace metrics like access and utilization.
• Develop measurement frameworks for clinical outcomes and care journeys.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of data science experience.
• Forecasting models and optimization solutions in complex environments.
• Statistical modeling, causal inference, and experimentation.
• Big data technologies like Redshift, S3, Databricks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Digital Health or high-growth SaaS.
• Healthcare analytics experience.
