💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale Doctronic's research program, designing and executing studies that demonstrate the clinical and economic impact of AI-enabled care delivery. You'll serve as the bridge between internal teams, academic partners, and the health economics community.

• Design and execute publishable studies on clinical AI systems
• Build and manage partnerships with academic medical centers
• Drive health economics and cost-effectiveness analyses
• Collaborate with internal evaluation teams to prioritize research

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in health services research, epidemiology, or related field
• Track record of peer-reviewed publications
• AI/ML evaluation methodologies in healthcare
• Health economics concepts including cost-effectiveness analysis
