Description

You will lead customers through the implementation, adoption, and expansion of Salsify's product data network, partnering with a Project Manager to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience and ensure long-term success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Implementation Consultant experience
• Experience navigating large enterprise client complexities
• Passion for making customers successful in a customer-centric environment
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in problem-solving with different approaches

Responsibilities

• Lead technical consulting and configuration for multiple concurrent implementation projects
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop deep understanding of customers' business models to implement Salsify effectively
• Work cross-functionally with Retail Success Managers, Project Managers, Account Managers
• Mentor team members and champion internal initiatives to support the delivery team
