💼 About This Role

You'll manage delivery of digital and print assets to platforms and vendors, administering uploads to the DAM system for a major client. Your role ensures flawless syndication with correct naming and metadata, enabling campaigns to launch on time. This high-volume role combines archivist, technology wizard, and instructor duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Syndicate assets to platforms and DAM with correct naming conventions.
• Produce delivery reports and attach to JIRA tasks.
• Flag risks related to timeliness or completeness of deliveries.
• Train new team members on DAM and integrated tools.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager in advertising/marketing.
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system as administrator or librarian.
• Understanding of different asset types: image, video, sound, font, animation, templates.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

• Experience working with creative, ops, and account teams.
• Ability to create training materials and documentation.
• Familiarity with asset review and approval platforms.
