💼 About This Role

You'll lead corporate IT operations and AI infrastructure for a fast-growing AI time platform serving top professional services firms. You'll own the entire internal tech stack, from identity and endpoint management to supporting AI tooling, ensuring security and scalability. This role offers the chance to shape IT strategy and build a high-performing team from an early stage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage corporate IT systems and endpoints daily
• Support and scale AI tooling and infrastructure
• Own SaaS application ecosystem and identity lifecycle
• Drive security and compliance initiatives (SOC 2)

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing corporate IT in a cloud-first environment
• Experience with AI tooling and systems management
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MacOS and endpoint management
• Experience with SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• Experience with data warehouses and SQL
• Security certifications (Security+, CISSP)
