You will educate and empower new clients to fully realize the value of SPINS data solutions. You'll lead structured onboarding, deliver foundational training, and guide clients through early adoption to build core competency and confidence.

Requirements

• Client-focused with experience in customer onboarding or training
• Ability to translate complex datasets into practical insights
• Proficiency with virtual training delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CPG, consumer, or eCommerce data solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding engagements for new clients
• Deliver foundational platform training on SPINS datasets, tools, and methodologies
• Execute standardized onboarding playbooks consistently
• Identify early knowledge gaps and guide clients toward skill development
• Monitor onboarding milestones and adoption indicators, escalating risks or opportunities
