Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in social, digital, or brand strategy for beauty or fashion
• Deep understanding of social media best practices across platforms
• Experience in research, insights, strategy, and channel planning
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Fluent in Keynote, Figma, and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Develop social/digital strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Conduct consumer, brand, and competitive research and synthesize insights
• Translate insights into creative springboards and messaging territories
• Collaborate on social-first campaign concepts and content calendars
